Together, we create a diet that will function with your food likes and dislikes, based on your height, weight, and nutrition habits. This new diet will track your carbohydrate intake, and start with a baseline food regimen consisting of the best food to help you shed those unnecessary pounds. Each week we will reconvene to ensure your diet is working properly for you and to make any necessary adjustments. Getting started with the right foods will help you begin your new lifestyle.
Refrigerator makeover.
Transform the way you look and feel about food with my refrigerator makeover. We come to your house and we go through your refrigerator together. You learn how to read the nutritional labels on food items and decide which items to throw away.
We also shop together, as we teach you which aisles to stay away from, and which aisles to gravitate towards. Learn a fun way to stock your refrigerator with the right foods, and understand why you should stay away from certain foods while losing weight. Updating your fridge helps you keep the weight off once you have reached your weight loss goal.
