Workout plan.
A customized training and workout plan will be created for you. This schedule includes the number of times a week you should work out, which body parts you should work on, and when you should work on them.
Fitting your budget.
We work within your budget to reduce any extra stress or hassle. After each workout, we provide details of what you have accomplished in training, which you can take with you to the gym of your choice.
Weekly updates.
Each week, another body fat assessment will be done to see what you have accomplished. Your diet adjusts to the results we witness each week.
Coaching and support.
Ongoing support is provided to each of our customers. We keep a great sense of humor to create a fun environment and keep you motivated. Our customers look great and feel confident. With constant coaching and support, the program is quick and the results are great.
